Sorry no words of wisdom today just a new picture of me doing a pose that is meant to be called the lunchbox but I just think it is a horrible name! Also as promised here is the video from my performance in June at the pole divas finals in Manchester, hopefully I can improve on this next Tuesday in Brighton.

Cheers, I think I may have been slding too but have started to befriend the old mighty grip, it only seems to work if you apply it half an hour before getting on the pole, I have some more photos to add but blogger seems to be playing up today.

Well, hot damn. I'm popping by thanks to Amytree's blog...and what fun it is. Your performance there was wonderful; you have a gift, not only in terms of strength, but also in terms of musicality and transitions between poses. I loved watching this.
